As a Team Member, you re in charge of welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great experience, and sending them off with a smile. Come share good eating and craveable food with the best customers in town. With over a dozen menu items and endless possible combinations the Bonchon kitchen is no fast-food assembly line. Our team members prep, cook, assemble, garnish and plate, using nothing but real ingredients in every single order.
As a team member, your job includes, among other tasks, to:
Ring up orders quickly and accurately
Know our menu
Help customers with questions or requests
Deliver excellent customer service in each and every circumstance
Convey energy, warmth, and a passion for good eating
Assemble a range of menu items
Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently
Meet speed and accuracy goals
Help build our culture and values
Step in and support your manager and team
This job is for you if:
· You enjoy working with food. (Note: Food service experience is preferred, but not required)

Training Milestones
1. Initial training will be conducted by experienced Bonchon corporate trainers from Texas
2. U will start training for 1 week in standard operations, before the store officially opens to the public
3. The location is expected to open for training around April 3rd
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 40 per week
